July 7th (late afternoon):

Registration & welcome reception

We will have a welcome reception in one of the City Hall buildings (Casa da Memória) by late afternoon (exact time will be confirmed later). There, you can check in and join for welcome drinks (on the house).

Otherwise, you can do the check-in early in the morning of the first conference day at the venue.

We are organizing an optional extra-conference visit to the National Park of Gerês in the North of Portugal. We will provide further information later, stay tuned! The topics of the discussions and their leaders will soon be decided with all participants.
