Registration and Abstract Submission

Registration opened on the 25th of February and closes on the 30th of April 2026. Please, use THIS FORM for registration.

Abstract submission closes on the 15th of April 2026.

A limited number of places and talks are still available.

Registration and talks are granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Thanks to the very generous funding by the American Genetics Association (AGA) recently awarded to TiBE-STRiVE, we will also be able to support:

  1. Participants with dependent-care responsibilities:
    10 Childcare subsidies are available, which can be used to pay children travel and/or for some accompanying person that takes care of them (max. of 250 euros per participant).

  2. Participants from under-represented countries or facing additional costs linked to disability, accessibility, or social inequality:
    Support (amount not defined yet) will be available to pay costs related with accommodation and or travel costs.

STRiVE members:

  • €40 Students and Postdocs
  • €100 Others

Non-STRiVE members:

  • €80 Students
  • €200 Others

Registration is free for student and researchers affiliated with CIBIO- BIOPOLIS

Registration fees include lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception, shuttle and transport to Porto in the last day for a visit in the city.

Mini Plenaries

We intend to host two mini-plenaries given by ERC researchers (graduate students and postdocs).
These would be slightly longer talks (~30 minutes) with the aim of promoting more complete work from our junior colleagues.
